3 Sample Meal Plans For the Perfect Bodybuilding Diet
The perfect bodybuilding diet consists of 5 or 6 Meal Plans you can start out with. Remember that you should consume 3 grams of carbs and 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound body weight daily.
Sample Meal Plans. You can mix it up as you want to. It's a good idea to plan ahead and pre-cook your meals. Keep vegetables cut up in the refrigerator so you don't have to work too hard at meal time.
